<p>This material is available to anyone, but I think those most interested would include those training to become:</p>
<ul>
<li>Physicians</li>
<li>Nurses</li>
<li>Nurse Practitioners</li>
<li>Nurse Midwives</li>
<li>Physician Assistants</li>
<li>EMTs</li>
<li>Paramedics</li>
</ul>
<p>To help you with your training, I&#8217;ve assembled a number of resources. Of course, they vary in depth&#8230;not all are appropriate for everyone. But I&#8217;ll let you decide what is most helpful for you.</p>
